Following a fire in their award-winning high street restaurant and takeaway The Kingfisher, twin brothers Steve and Andy Clark were introduced to Mallinson’s by their trusted, longstanding independent service engineer. The brothers were desperate to reopen in time for the busy summer tourist season.

Mallinson’s visited the shop immediately and with the insurance claim quickly approved, the engineering team began work on a new 4-pan island range, aiming for as quick a turnaround time as possible.

Before the day of installation the team visited The Kingfisher again to remove the existing frying range and ducting, and to get a head start on the new extraction system. With everything in place in double quick time, the brothers were back frying for their delighted customers ahead of schedule.
